Unalterable resin for better tank longevity

The tank of the filter Python is manufactured exclusively out of isophthalic resins, more dense and compact from the orthophtalic resins which are commonly used for the purpose. Tanks made out of isophthalic resins are characterized by excellent chemical resistance and show higher longevity results.
All materials used in the production of the PYTHON filters are resistant to osmosis, polyester hydrolysis or any other chemical alteration regardless of the water treatment of your pool.

The strict observation of the manufacturing procedures, which ensure resistance in any conditions of use

Careful and adequate processing of the polyester resin is necessary to obtain optimum and homogenous performance. It is particularly the right dosage of the components and the polymerization time that has an impact on the final resistance of the filter. This is why the PYTHON
filters are made from resins with previously defined dosage, ensuring that the component dosage always remains exactly the same to the very milligramme. For the same reason, the tanks undergo a particularly extensive drying process under controlled ambient conditions, allowing a perfect adhesion of the bobbin filaments to the resin. The final result is that a PYTHON filter shows resistance exceeding that of the competitors. Tests have proven: The PYTHON filter can be pressurized 35,000 times at 3 bars without showing any signs of increased deformation. This means complete resistance to deformation of the filter tank and the throughwall fittings.

Smooth inside wall for perfect bacteria prevention and perfect abrasion resistance

The inner tank of the filter has a fiberglass coating which is smooth and waterproof. This prevents bacteria intrusion and proliferation as observed on traditional filters. In addition, the fiberglass coating is completely abrasion resistant. The surface can neither be attacked nor scratched by the gravel that is agitated during the backwash process. The filter walls will always remains smooth and sound. The PYTHON filter conforms to current public swimming pool norms.

Perfect waterproofing due to the two-shell-construction with a non-fibrous glue

The two parts of the shell are made from, and reinforced, with fiberglass filaments and covered by a completely non-fibrous resin in order to avoid even the slightest leakage due to capillarity. At this early stage, the manufacturing process includes preliminary tests with a pressure of 2.5 bars to verify the waterproofing of the glued seams.

An additional collar to protect the threading and to facilitate the filling procedure

A single grain of sand left on the threading of the collar very often causes inconveniences, damage to the thread and reduced waterproofing. No problem with PYTHON filters. Any grains left caused by inadvertence are easily incorporated into the collar which is made from very resilient polypropylene without damaging the threading or impairing waterproofing. As a result, PYTHON makes the filling process easier and trouble free.

The result is an increased filtration output and a smooth operation of the pump. What is more, the fact that the filtration involves the entire filtering surface provides for better clogging cycles, which means that clogging occurs less frequently, and prevents sand compaction. For the very same reasons, the need for backwash is reduced (30% to 40% less), and the backwash process is more efficient and quicker, which helps you save up to 75% of water compared to a regular filter. (S920 et S1000 are equipped with great flow laterals made for public pool systems)
