RECYPOOL fully equipped inground pool kit

Easy to install, designed to last, economic and customisable, our RECYPOOL inground pool kit made from recycled polyethylene.

Polyethylene is an environmentally friendly material. It benefits from "green" manufacturing, produces little waste and does not generate toxic substances.

Belonging to the thermoplastic family, 100% recyclable, the treatment of this material requires a low level of energetic consumption.

The following panels are fitted into the lower "U" profile and assembled one into the other using the supplied nuts and bolts.

The upper "U" profile is fixed to the top of the panels to rigidify the structure as a whole.

Installation of pool kit

Preperation

Following excavation, complete the concrete floor base for the pool, fit and seal the main drain and plumbing connections.
Fix the "U" profile on the floor base to the dimensions and shape of the pool.

Assembly of structure

Fit the panels in the lower "U" profile and bolt the panels together.

Continue the operation by placing the upper "U" profile to the panels to rigidify the structure as a whole.

Installation of pool

Install supporting legs.

Secure the "Hanging" liner profile using the supplied rivets. Position the underfelt, followed by the liner.

Install the filtration elements and carry out the peripheral plumbing work required for the pool.

Backfill.

Fill the pool with water and install coping.

Liner

Liner 75/100th, plain, in French Blue.

"Hung" profile for the liner.

Rot-proof underfelt for pool walls and floor, 50mm thick. (glue not supplied).

Important: It is absolutely imperative to check the dimensions of the pool kit before the manufacturing of the made to measure liner.

Sealing parts

The kit's panels are factory pre-cut to facilitate installation of skimmers, discharge nozzles, brush adapters and projectors.

Acrylic stairs

Reinforced acrylic stairs are the perfect solution to facilitate pool access.

Easy to install, the stairs substitute one or several panels of the pool structure. The liner is flanged to stairs upside and is not installed on the stair steps to avoid the risk of slipping and unattractive folds.

Reinforced acrylic stairs prove to be very resistant. They do not scratch or descale and are resistant to temperature variations, resisting to chlorine treatment and UV rays.

Two stair shapes are available :

- Roman stairs to be positioned on the length or width of your pool.
- Angled stairs.
