Easy to install Starlit ceiling lighting feature, offering a magical atmosphere in your hammam.
Composed of multicoloured optical fibres, the Teddington Starlit ceiling kit can cover a surface of 6 to 8 m², depending on the chosen model.
Teddington optical fibre Starlit ceiling kit is ideal for use in hammams, saunas or bathrooms as the kit is designed for use in humid atmospheres. The kit can equally be installed in a bedroom, showroom or another area.
The Teddington optical fibre Starlit ceiling kit is silent in operation.
There are two available models:
- The 115 kit with 2mm and 1mm fibres for a varied effect.
- The 150 kit with 1mm fibres for stars of an equal diameter.
Teddington optical fibre Starlit ceiling kit can be managed from a distance using the supplied remote control.
Reccomendation: Install approx 20 sources of light per m² to ensure a maximum visual impact.

115 Starlit ceiling optical fibre lighting kit
The 115 Starlit ceiling kit contains 115 optical fibres 4 m in length. This includes:
- 100 fibres of Ø 1mm
- 15 fibres of Ø2 mm. As they are thicker, these fibres create a more visible scintillating effect for a warmer, more luminous effect.
Varying fibre diameter gives a more realistic, soothing effect.
150 Starlit ceiling optical fibre lighting kit
The 150 optical fibres supplied with the Starlit ceiling kit from Teddington contains have a unique diameter of 1 mm which varies in length:
- 60 fibres of 2 m
- 60 fibres of 3 m
- 30 fibres of 4 m
Each kit is composed of:
- 1 transformer containing the lamp which produces the beam of light and filter colours (a)
- 1 cable gland in which the optical fibres are crimped to facilitate transformer connection and optimise light diffusion (b)
- 150 or 115 optical fibres, depending on choice of model
- 1 remote control (c)
- 1 remote receiver
The remote control enables:
- Switching on and off the optical fibres,
- To choose between the 6 available colours: White, blue, green, purple, red, sky blue
- Selection diffusion mode (static, blending or scintillating )
- Intensify or diminish lighting
- 1 transformer containing the lamp which produces the beam of light and filter colours (a)

Installation
5 easy steps to follow:
1 - Place the disk generator in the dry cavity ceiling
2- Drill holes to pass through the optical fibres
3- Pass each optical fibre in its designated hole
4 - Stick the fibres, let them dry
5 - Connect the fibres to the transformer
