Use

The NEO by ECA, automatic above ground pool shutter covers a pool with maximum dimensions of 17 x 7,5m + stairs.
Fast and easy installation on existing pools or pools that are under construction.

Technical details

NEO by ECA shutter

The above pool shutter is composed of:
• 1 tubular gear motor complete with limit management system for pools with a maximum dimension of 17 x 7,5 m max. + stairs,
(Motor 12V, 150 Nm)

• 2 lacquered aluminium supports (lacquer 300 microns) equipped with white ABS thermoformed covers,
• 1 rolling axis,
• 1 key communicator (3 positions, to be held in operation) situated on the motor block,
• 1 distribution box, 220 V.

Details of shutter slats

The slats of the NEO shutter conform to the resistance requirements of the norm NF P90-308

Each slat is composed of 3 compartments. Each compartment contains air. This creates the slats buoyancy and limits heat loss.

At the extremity of each slat, soldered caps ensure the shutter is sealed and watertight. Fins measuring 20mm ensure the finish of each slat. These fins can be replaced by others of varying size to comply with your pool configuration.

Stair cut

When the NEO by ECA is positioned on the width of the pool, it adapts to different stair shapes: rectangular (1), trapeze (2), roman (3), semi-circle (4) or free form (5) (following consultation with us).



Two finishes are possible for your stair cut: A straight cut (a) a shaped cut (b).

The straight cut is the most simple. The "shaped" cut is perfectly formed to the shape of your pool. This solution proves to be the most esthetically pleasing.

Security system

Your NEO by ECA motorised above ground rolling shutter is delivered with an anti-lifting system. It is imperative that your shutter is equipped with a strap system to conform to the norm NF 90-308.

When choosing the NEO, you select one of the 3 following systems:

We offer the choice of 3 security systems:

1. Supplied with shutter: Fabric loop and strap system

Easy to install under pool coping or to pool wall.
Colour of strap: white.

2. On option: ABS system

You can choose the ABS strap security system, to be fixed to pool wall or under coping.

2. Security system, to be fixed under pool coping with 2 possible heights: 2 supplied connecting rods (1 long, 1 short).

Use :
To attach the strap : Lift front plate and install T connection.
To remove the strap : Pivot the T connection to remove and replace the front plate.

On option - contact for salt electrolyser

If your pool is equipped with a salt electrolysing system when your shutter is in a closed position, you need to reduce salt production to avoid a chlorine concentration that could damage the shutter slats.

The NEO can be equipped (available on option) with a contact box to manage chlorine production by electrolysis.

This connection to your electrolyser means you can manage automatically chlorine production depending on the open or closed position of your shutters cover.
