Can the sauna be used all year round?

Yes, the Gaïa sauna is designed for year-round outdoor use thanks to the Canadian spruce, which withstands temperature variations. However, the heater must be suitable for winter use.

How long does it take to heat the sauna?

Depending on the chosen heater, the sauna can reach around 176°F (80°C) in 30 to 45 minutes. Pouring water over the stones creates steam and increases the perceived heat.

Can I install it myself?
